FLOW
A breath-led yoga practice that links movement with mindful awareness. This class uses flowing sequences to build strength, flexibility, and balance while supporting focus and presence through steady breath. Expect a dynamic yet accessible practice that leaves you feeling open, energized, and grounded.
YIN
A slow, grounding practice focused on long-held postures and deep stretching. Yin targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. Expect stillness, spaciousness, and deep relaxation.
FLOW + YIN
A balanced yoga practice that combines the energy of a gentle flow with the deep release of yin yoga. You’ll begin with breath-led movement to warm up the body, improve mobility, and build light strength, before transitioning into long-held yin postures for deep stretching and nervous system relaxation. This class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness—helping you feel open, grounded, and fully restored by the end.
Forrest Yoga
It is an intensely physical, therapeutic style of yoga created by Ana T. Forrest, designed to help people heal from physical injuries and emotional trauma. Practiced in a warm room, it focuses on deep breathing, intense core strength, and long holds to help practitioners connect with their feelings.
- Classes are traditionally held in a room lightly heated to about 80–85°F (27–30°C). The heat serves several intentional purposes:
- – Deepens Poses: The warmth relaxes muscles and lubricates joints, allowing practitioners to safely go deeper into intense stretches without strain.
- – Cellular Release & Detoxification: The founder, Ana Forrest, emphasizes that the heat assists in cleansing toxins and trapped emotions from deep within the body’s tissues, resulting in a visceral, connected practice.
- – Increases Circulation: Warmth widens blood vessels, allowing oxygen and nutrients to reach your muscles more efficiently while producing a purifying, sweat-inducing release.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply calming practice using fully supported poses and long holds to relax the body and quiet the mind. This class encourages complete rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle recovery.
Yin + Soundbath
A grounding yin yoga practice combined with gentle warmth and light exposure. Long-held stretches target deep connective tissues, while the Soundbath element enhances relaxation, openness, and overall release.
