Ning brings depth, experience, and genuine care to every private yoga session—shaped by decades of teaching, rigorous training, and lived experience.

With over 25 years of yoga teaching experience, Ning is an Authorized Forrest Yoga Teacher and has trained extensively with yoga master Ana Forrest, specializing in body–emotion healing. This training allows Ning to guide students with sensitivity, intelligence, and safety through practices that build strength, release chronic tension, and support emotional well-being.

In 2023, at age 60, Ning experienced a serious motorcycle accident that required two surgeries and a long recovery. Through this personal healing journey, she relearned how to rebuild strength, restore mobility, and trust the body again. This experience deepened her understanding of injury recovery, resilience, and the transformative power of yoga.

As the Founder of Yoga and Beyond, Ning looks beyond poses alone—addressing the whole person: body, breath, mind, and lifestyle. Each private session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, whether you are managing stress, recovering from injury, navigating emotional challenges, or seeking to deepen your practice.

Through Healing Yin, Ning offers a deeply nourishing, meditative approach that calms the nervous system, improves mobility, and creates space for true restoration.
